For this ‘Increase in Exercise’ Guided Meditation & Hypnotherapy audio, we will help you choose a form of exercise that you enjoy to boost your activity levels but most importantly make sure that your mindset is ready and motivated to embrace the challenge of taking on more exercise. Regular physical activity is essential for good health and happiness.
