Invited to Pharaoh's newest city, Renni, Mahu and Balaal are hoping for some peace after the defeat of Paser. However, Renni silently worries about the three of them going down different paths: Renni to his painting, Mahu to his apprenticeship under a ship captain and Balaal to the home she longs for.
