I love the main points and concrete ways to acknowledge thought patterns to become a creator rather than victim of your life. Great points of how to manage your mind. However, the book is often repeating concepts and the golden ideas are embeded in too much of ”this is why you need it” a couple of sentences would have been enough, if you found the book you probably already have a need for it. Repeating why you need this method Comes of as a selling technique and makes me question the intent instead of more trusting. Also i didn’t need as much. I get it, we need to manage our minds. But I love Dr Leif and her science and the core ideas of the book will change my life for the better, looking forward to read more books from her!
