Historien känns härlig, personlig och speciell. Rolig, innehåller många ”skratta högt”-passager. Huvudkaraktären är älskvärd och de övriga karaktärerna är intressanta. Väldigt bra uppläst. Kanske kunde kortats ner en aning, därav inte full pott.

It kind of felt like a fanfic of Harry Potter, Carry on, and Narnia. I liked that the main character weren't "the chosen one" or the best warrior or whatever every other fantasy does, and I appreciated the queer rep in the second half. But I do have mixed feelings about this book. Some parts were lovely, some really funny, and some really problematic (eg. making it seem totally normal that ALL fifteen-year-olds have had sex).
