Spännande med nytt tänk kring portioner. Dock var jag tvungen att köpa boken som e-bok på Amazon Kindle också för att förstå hur det ska gå till rent praktiskt. Ljudboken förklarar inte det riktigt. Matlådorna verkar inte gå att köpa från Amazon.com så jag beställde kopior från Temu. Jag har läst många berättelser om folk som fått bra vanor på lång sikt tack vare metoden, och det är precis vad jag behöver. Dieter som LCHF etc är fantastiska, men de har tyvärr inte hållit på lång sikt för mig. Det jag gillar med den här metoden är att den är enkel och att inget egentligen är förbjudet (förutom läsk).
