Nationens blod

Paul Auster (f. 1947) er forfatter til de internationale bestsellere "Vinternoter", "Illusionernes bog" og "New York Trilogien" blandt mange andre værker. Han debuterede i 1982 med "Opfindelsen af ensomhed", og hans omfattende forfatterskab består foruden romanerne af lyrik, essays og filmmanuskripter. Auster bor i Brooklyn i New York, som også spiller en stor rolle i mange af hans tekster.
