Cw: murder, torture, PTSD (flashbacks, triggers etc) This series is a lot. I'm glad the romance isn't the main topic. The author doesn't seem to be afraid to bring up the heavy stuff, nor to keep realistic with the plot. I must have the next book now, I know there is at least one more.
