Everyone should read this book to get that we all have the ability to become apt pupils of monsters. In this masterpiece of a short story by a quite early King, a very young, promising and All American Todd finds out that Evil really does come from within. While for a while, and for some (like Todd) thatâs all fun and games, once we let evil be our guide, it becomes our whole universe. Sadly, this short story has become more relevant with every year that goes by since King wrote it down.
