Ru was a brave explorer who loved animals - big ones, small ones, sneaky ones, tall ones. She could speak to any wild creature, any, that is, except one: humans. She desperately wanted to talk to the other children, but it was too scary!
So when Ru discovers a lonely hyena, she finally has a friend, but then disaster strikes and Ru must find help. Will she be able to overcome her fear?
A funny, quirky and empowering prehistoric story about finding your own voice, from exciting debut author-illustrator, Ana Duna.
