This volume and the companion volume II give the pronunciation of all the syllables (for common Chinese characters) in Pinyin . This volume gives the syllables starting with syllable Ä and ending with syllable mĂč. The companion volume II starts with syllable nÄ and ends with syllable zuĂČ. The aim of these two volumes is to help learners of Chinese language learn quickly the pronunciation of all the pinyin syllables for common Chinese characters.
