Different as Night and Day

Even though a bit boring and the FMC is a bit immature, still found the conclusion to be satisfying.

I kind of had to force myself to finish this book. I was intrigued after the first installment cos it had real potential but it all went downhill in this one. The MFC is soooo annoying and not to say abusive. She does not deserve that sweet wonderful darling of a man. I get that you get mad but if the roles were reversed and he’d slapped her in anger man it would NOT have been remotely ok. He’s so sweet and understanding and she’s just flakey and mean and blame him for shit that isn’t his fault. I’d take him of her hands any day and treat him like the gem he is cos honestly she don’t deserve him at all even on her best days. If you try to look passed those really unattractive sides to the MFC you’ve got a descent forbidden and angsty romance. Narration is great too but the total 160 of the MFCs character traits made me kind of hate it. If you listened to the first book maybe finish it, if you haven’t I wouldn’t recommend it.
