Det här är en nördig bok! Jag gillar verkligen hur Jamie argumenterar kring skönhet och hur han m avstamp i bl a japansk filosofi visar på hur vissa ”fläckar” (eller ”faults”, vinfel) kan förstärka skönhet. För den som pluggar vin (särskilt WSET på högre nivå, dvs Diploma eller Master of Wine) är den ett fantastiskt komplement. För den som är i början av sin vinresa skulle jag avvakta med denna till dess att du stöter på knepigare frågor om vindefekter.
