Boken känns som att den är skriven av en tonåring som ska beskriva hur hen tror vuxna relationer är (förutom sexscenerna). Monologerna, dialogerna och karaktärerna är barnsliga, styltiga och ytliga. Huvudpersonerna känns mest jobbiga och osympatiska. Jackie Lau är annars en bra författare men det här måste vara ett manus hon hittat i en gammal mapp sparad från high school.
