" Le dernier des Mohicans " est un roman fascinant qui fait rêver les enfants et les adolescents depuis des décennies. Le récit a pour théâtre l'Amérique du Nord, pendant la guerre de Sept Ans. Mais ils sont trahis par leur guide, se perdent en pleine forêt, et ils ne doivent la vie qu'à leur rencontre avec le Chasseur, un vieux chef indien et son fils, Uncas, le dernier des Mohicans. Perdus et poursuivis par les Hurons et les soldats français, pourront ils survivre ?
