All these practices were designed for children. Children from five or six years old, and also for older children, even teenagers, with a must being able to do some of these practices as a family, because it can be very beneficial for the entire family circle, to prioritize moments where we sit together and ultimately, in a way, calm down, soothe ourselves, and breathe together.
So, the program for children is particularly important, to calm them down of course, some to help them sleep, but also because meditation promotes concentration. The more we meditate, the more we strengthen, in a way, our ability to focus and concentrate. And we know today how children are zapping children, who are easily distracted, who switch from one activity to another and can have enormous difficulties in pursuing an activity over time.
