Lyssnade igenom denna under en städdag, det är inte en bok där du kommer dö av skratt men kaptitlerna kommer flyga förbi. Jag visste väldigt lite om henne innan men jag tyckte hon lyckades på ett betryggande vis sätta ord på kopplingen mellan tröstätande och självhatet som påverkar kärlek/relationer. Hon har på ett ofiltrerat beskrivit den ”onda cirkeln” och tankarna hur man vill vara bättre mot sig själv men i slutet av dagen när man slås av sorg eller extrem besvikelse återgår till samma mönster av svält och tröstätande. Så varför inte 5 stjärnor? Ofta blir det lite väl mycket ”name drops” ibland är de roligt och relevant och ofta känns det bara som att det rabblas upp som från en katalog, de tar oss inte framåt utan känns lite störigt, som tur är hinner man inte tappa fokus helt.
