Not horrible but not far off. Both MCs are total romance stereotypes of the worst kind. He’s the brooding a-hole with a lonely streak and a hot AF exterior who used to be the poor tattered kid with dyslexia but ambitions for more. She’s the flustered and stressed single mom who stumbles around, banging into things in her scuffed shoes and ripped tights. Oh and her asthmatic son that strangely reminded him of himself as a kid. Can’t get over comments like “It always pissed him off to loose a billion dollar deal…” -Really? Do the other billionaires usually enjoy that?! And low and behold, after smashing into each other in a less than fun meet cute, she ends up working for his company. The kids comments like “You WORK together mom? You are gonna fall in love with him and get married!! And well be happy again.” It just gets worst and worst. Even the MCs snobby bitch assistant that turns out to have a heart of gold and become the FMCs bestie. This is a total shit-show in the making and I’m not staying for the sequels. Couldn’t even stomach the first book till the end. I do NOT recommend. Sorry NOT sorry.
