The Green Lady from Tisvildeleje

E-bok

The Green Lady from Tisvildeleje is the story about a little girl, who is playing a game: She finds an interesting person in the town, and then she follows them and spy on them. One day she finds a very fascinating victim. It is a woman, who is completely different from everyone else, because she is dressed entirely in green clothes. It will be a life-changing experience for the little girl. Read along and discover why.

The book is ideal for children aged 7-8, but it also appeals to younger children.

Extract:

I knew I had to find a way to occupy myself so I would not be too unhappy. That is why I invented a game, which I called people spying. I chose a person in the village and followed him or her to see where they lived. If they were not walking too fast I could just follow them. At other times I could see their footprints on the ground. I saw what pattern their soles made. Sometimes it was small circles or maybe lines or squares. It would have been so much easier if there had been snow on the ground. But that was wishful thinking as there is no snow in the summer. There was a lady who interested me more than anyone else. I called her The Green Lady.
