He received an honorary Doctor of Divinity degree from Tarkio College in 1933. First published in 1932, this is the 1954 edition. The author deals thoroughly with Predestination by examining six main sections. Section 1 defines the terms and concepts, laying the foundation: it is illogical for an infinite and wise God to create a world without a definite plan for that world. Section 2 elaborates the well-known “Five Points of Calvinism.” Section 3 considers common objections to the Reformed understanding of Predestination.
