The epilogue was heart wrenching and so beautiful. The book was really lovely too, a beautiful story about two broken people being the other person puzzle piece to make a whole. Some things weren’t resolved which was too bad but I loved it still. The tears came in the last 2 minutes. Such a lovely beautiful ending. Narration was great. Both narrators had the gravitas to make the story justice. Absolutely recommend.

The beginning was so good and had so much potential, but I got lost in the middle by MMC - his personality changes from somewhat grumpy to mean. The relationship between them felt rushed and in some ways unrealistic. MFC had been traumatized and had issues by said trauma. Her struggles felt truth worthy, when me as a reader got an insight in her everyday life. But suddenly, with a flick of a finger, the characters were madly in love, her issues stopped being an issue, just like that, and her sexual difficulties just vanished. For me it became a whole different book after that. Ok reading, but wouldn’t recommend.
