Rekommenderar att kolla in novellsamlingen "The modern faerie tales" istället. Då får du läsa alla 3 noveller i rätt ordning + att du får en kort bonus-novell i slutet. Det här är en fristående spin-off Prequel till "The cruel prince"-serien och handlar om karaktärer som poppar upp i bakgrunden. Jag gillade den här mycket bättre än huvudserien dock. Keye och Roiben är mina favoriter men den här novellen var också bra. Lite "skönheten och odjuret"-stil. Handlar om hemlösa ungdomar där en tjej (Valiant) försöker ta dig ur drogmissbruk samtidigt som hon blir förälskad i ett grönt troll. Detta är del 2 i läsordningen.
