Started out thinking this might be a fun and entertaining read but the red flags just kept popping up. I DNF:ed after an hour. I couldn’t stand the odd and unprovoked personality shifts the MMC went through. The author just up and flipped his über-cocky and dominant Alpha personality to a whiny and insecure kid begging for more screen time, for no reason. The banter and quips were of high quality the first 45 min but that doesn’t really compete. I’m afraid there’s nothing keeping me interested so, in the immortal words of N’sync “Bye, bye, bye”
