I will love thee, dear
Until the sea runs dry

Until the boulders melt with the sun

Until the mountains are overthrown

Until the sand flee the shores

I will be still with thee dear
When the sun don't shine no more
.
And thine eyes dim in the morning light
When thine limbs trembled
.
And thine skin wrinkled
As long as breath is in thine lungs
.
Even as thine heart stopped pumping blood
In the end, I will love thee still, my dear
.
For you are the flower that has blossomed in my heart from my youth,
my little lily of the valley fulfilled on my steady beating chest.

CANDLE IN THE FOREST

In this forest of life
Many lost their ways
Many committed suicide by hanging from the trees
But I'm here to provide direction with nailed arrows
And lighter candles
May no soul be lost in this forest again
But each one finds their angels guiding them out of the woods
Let me be the ghost that saves thee from thy fall
I will haunt this forest for the rest of my life
Guiding passerby to safety
Let it be at the expense and cost of my life
For this is a noble thing to do
Let me not be ashamed
Of such occupation
For thy soul is precious
To thy mother
