Better Sleep

Most people experience sleep disorders, such as difficulty falling asleep, frequent or prolonged nighttime awakenings, or insufficient sleep quality.

This is a regular topic of consultation, and everyone does what they can, taking infusions, melatonin, or sometimes sleeping pills to try to regulate our sleep.
