The sun rises over the savannah in a cloudless sky. âThis is going to be another hot day!â mother zebra complains.âItâs been a while since the last rain!â
Zaki the little zebra would like to play with his friends but itâs too hot and there is only one tree left to protect them from the scorching sun.
âIâm hungry! My belly is grumbling!â one of his friends cries.
âWhat do you mean? The savannah is covered in grass!â Zaki chews a big clump of dry grass. But soon he screws up his face and spits it out
