Unohdin kirjoittaa arvostelun kirjan luettuani, ja nyt puolitoista viikkoa jälkeenpäin en enää kunnolla muista, mitä kirjassa tapahtuikaan. Sen verran kuitenkin palaa mieleen, että turhauduin siihen, kuinka klassinen asetelma teoksessa oli: vähän yksinkertainen tyttö sekä nuori mies, joka on tunnettu yhden yön jutuistaan ja säkenöivästä ulkonäöstään mutta jonka pinnan alla kytevät lähinnä isiongelmat ja polttava tarve seksualisoida jokainen vastaantulija. Kerronta oli jäykkää ja dialogi jotenkin luonnotonta, ja kaiken tämän jälkeen toivon että olisin vaan jättänyt kirjan kesken heti alkuunsa.
