This is the birth of anxiety. Fighting anxiety is a natural tendency but requires a lot of energy and often unnecessarily so. Anxiety is a very strong feeling, in our hearts and bodies.
We can feel overwhelmed, defeated, discouraged, lose all visibility, lack space, and struggle to catch our breath. Anxiety can be a handicap in our lives. How can we alleviate this feeling, this state of being? How can we calm anxiety, soothe it? To feel deeply free and relieved.
