While running away from Mr Goon, Pip turns into the grounds of an empty house and climbs a tree, hoping he won't be seen. The tree is easy to climb and is close by the old empty house. Once high enough, and level with the window of the house, Pip is surprised to see that the room not only has bars at the window, but it is fully furnished. The Find-Outers embark on an exciting mystery as they try to discover who owns the house, and why is the room fully furnished. A mystery that stretches even Fatty's brain, when he finds himself captured in that very room!
