This was a great book! My only complaint is that it's not too obvious when it's a memory being told, in the audiobook version. I'm sure it's clear in the paper version, but it took me a couple of chapters to notice the pattern. Basically, every chapter and clear scene change starts with a memory. Otherwise, I'm amazed at how well the ptsd was portrayed. I'm glad it wasn't brushed over how bad it can be.
