Wow, just no…. Listened to everything. How does believing in god go into Buddhist Zen that literally speaks of a philosophy of “nothing” and detachments. God is “something”, then she claims the next phrase to preach “detachment-living”: while speaking of attaching hopes with prayers to god and his plans… good god! It don’t stop, Just forth and back. Taking phrases from literature and take them out of context. To be “grateful for a rock”, she explains that you can be grateful to anything if you “choose” to with “positive thinking”... But that is not it: it means that you might not understand the value of something until it revealed it’s true purpose to you, then you will be grateful for it…. That is VERY different I’m constantly laughing throughout the book wondering who is writing this comedy, nothing makes sense. I recommend other books This was not worth any time
