Sajjad er 15 år. På skolen er han vanlig norsk-talende ungdom, har olabukser, spiller fotball, og går på fest. Hjemme er pakistansk kultur lov. Livet er tøft for en unggutt som er splittet mellom to kulturer. En dag kommer krisen for fullt. Faren vil ta han med til Pakistan for å gifte han bort. Og hvilket språk skal han snakke? Norsk? Urdu? Urdu kan han hverken lese eller skrive. Men han er pakistaner, det forteller det norske samfunnet ham.
