This ‘Kindness’ Guided Meditation & Hypnotherapy session is aimed for people who want to enhance their feelings of kindness. Being kind to others brings so many health benefits but being kind to yourself is even more important. This session will help you to change your thinking patterns so that you are motivated and interested in being kind to others but most importantly to yourself. We recommend that you listen to our session at least four times so you can really compound the positive messaging, override the old beliefs and help your mind create new neural pathways to being kinder to yourself and others.
