A teenage love story that ended in the most abrupt way. Can they as adults get back together or are the issues that kept them apart still there? The book is partly a bit slow and drags on, the story is predictable, and with a few turns that feels somewhat forced. Touches on stigmatized topics like mental health and being an ex-convict which partly makes up for the slow-ish storyline. And there are some heart wrenching moments that the author really captures and communicates. So, yes it's a good bok and it falls into the feelgood category.
