New York Times bestselling creators James and Kimberly Dean show us all the wonderful things about autumn.
A great book to share with the family at Thanksgiving or anytime!
Pete the Cat isn't sure about the changing of the seasons from summer to autumn. But when he discovers corn mazes, hay rides, and apple picking, Pete realizes there's so much to enjoy and be thankful for about autumn.
Grandma bakes pumpkin pies in the kitchen while Grandpa helps him knit a cozy scarf on the porch. Pete is happy to collect special souvenirs from each festive adventure. At the apple orchard, he sips hot cider and shares sweet donuts with Callie.
In the front yard, colorful trees shower the grass with red, gold, and orange leaves. The groovy blue cat enjoys leaping into giant leaf mounds with his dad. Soon his backpack is bursting with treasures for the Thanksgiving dinner table.
