I honestly didn’t’ understand how the first almost 4 hours were relevant to the rest of the story. In my opinion that that might as well have been deleted from the book. To much unnecessary angst and too much focus on a character that isn’t super relevant for the actual plot. The rest of the book I very much enjoyed. Except for the end. All in all I’m a bit conflicted about this book. I loved Isabella and Sara’s love story, but I could have lived without everything else around it.
