Someone is killing young single black women after midnight, while they sleep in the securely locked apartments. The killer is slashing their throats. He has killed five women and is on pace to kill more women if the Murder Police can't stop him. At the same time, someone has killed five people over drugs and money, leaving one survivor who is on the run from the police and the killers.
