This ‘Better Listening Skills’ Guided Meditation & Hypnotherapy session is aimed at people who want to learn to listen more. We only remember between 25 to 50% of what we hear. That means when you talk to your boss, colleague, spouse or friends for 10 minutes you have only paid attention to less than half the conversation.
