Description：
Bria Lewis is H City's most cherished princess. Jason Morgan is the brilliant, penniless student she sponsors for three years — cool, resenting her excess, unable to leave.
When he is finally accepted into a top PhD program, she transfers a last enormous sum into his account, turns around, and announces her engagement to someone else.
Before her wedding, a reporter asks what he'd like to say.
He looks into the camera.
"I won't be going back to H City. And — congratulations to her on the wedding."
He never said he loved her. She never let herself believe he did.
But on one terrible night, he calls and promises: *When it snows in H City, I'll come back for you.*
The snow comes.
He doesn't.
*When It Snows* is a quietly devastating love story — about pride, sacrifice, and a truth that arrives too late.
