This 'Confidence to Come out' Guided Meditation & Hypnotherapy session is aimed for LGBTQI people who want to start the process to 'come out'. Making the decision to ‘come out’ can be an intensely emotional and stressful situation. The thought of revealing your true self to the people in your life can be daunting, potentially opening you up to rejection, ridicule and ignorance. There is no right or wrong time to tell people around you about your sexuality. You’ll know when the time is right. This session will help give you the confidence to come out at a time that is right for you, to the right people, giving you the strength and self belief that you may have been waiting for.We recommend that you listen to our session at least four times so you can really compound the positive messaging, override the old beliefs and help your mind create new neural pathways to having the confidence to 'come out'.
