Devil on the Moon

A badly-burned man dressed in green who has been missing for two years apparently falls from the sky on a meteor. He claims to have been on the Moon and promptly disappears. Aided by Pat and his crew, Doc adopts an elaborate disguise to infiltrate a gang of criminals led by Donald Lurgent, the chief lieutenant for the mastermind whom he calls “The Man on the Moon”.
