After floods devastate the rural NSW town of Birradurra, journalist Bec Carter and paperboy Jeremy Collins uncover the bones of a baby buried 20 years ago next to the local church.
Two weeks later, Bec’s close friend, Harry Adams, winds up missing after a violent attack. Blood is found at Harry’s house, with no weapon or body to be seen, and Bec finds herself covered in dried blood, but with no memory of why.
