Mansfield Park is the third novel by Jane Austen, written at Chawton Cottage. It was published in by Thomas Egerton, who published Jane Austen's two earlier novels, Sense and Sensibility and Pride and Prejudice. Fanny Price is ten years old when she is removed from the poverty of her parents' house and sent to live with her aunt and her rich cousins at Mansfield Park.
