Who the heck is Fred? I spent the first chapter or so of this book confused by inexplicable name changes of characters such as the boyfriend. Why change his name all of a sudden? Also, when did Louise and Martin start having feelings for each other? I've read every single book in this series and know I haven't missed any installments yet this feels like numerous things have been changed. AI?
