Jag har svårt för böcker där män som blivit änklingar driver på förhållanden med kvinnor när de vet att de inte vill/kan vara med dem för att de inte ”kommit över” förlusten av sin fru. Det gör att jag har väldigt svårt att tycka om den manliga huvudrollen i denna boken. Den har en del kvaliteter men för mig drog hans karaktär ner boken. Tyckte även att boken kändes lång. När det var lite mindre än två timmar kvar kände jag att jag inte ville lägga mer tid på boken. Då hade jag ändå snabbat upp uppspelningen för att uppläsaren läser så långsamt. Så nej, denna var inget för mig.
