After being declared Demon Lord by the divine demon priestess Lulum, Seika heads to demon territory. The potential return of the Demon Lord after sixteen years prompts a council between the representatives of the seven demon races. However, with the pro-war and moderate factions clashing and each race pursuing its own agenda, the discussions quickly became deadlocked.
