Quellcrist King has been playing a part his entire life. The more famous he becomes, the more he hides. The only person he ever let see the real him rose with him from nothing to the very top.

Bra bok med mycket känslor. Osäkerhet, rädsla, vänskap, kärlek.... Jag har svårt att förstå varför Tantor envisas med att göra duel narrations i en dialogdriven bok. Både John och Joel gör jättebra jobb men de är så olika att det blir svårt att komma in i att förstå vem som är vem när båda gör alla karaktärers röster.

Det började bra, men sen kände jag att boken inte riktigt levde upp till sin potential. Jag är inget fan av romanser som går ut på att karaktärerna inte kommunicerar. Båda uppläsarna är fantastiskt bra, men en vanlig sak jag irriterar mig på när två uppläsare delar på boken är att de inte verkar ha samkört sig utan läser samma karaktär på olika sätt vilket gör det svårt att hänga med och relatera.
