Small Wars, Big Data

audiobook

The way wars are fought has changed starkly over the past sixty years. International military campaigns used to play out between large armies at central fronts. Today's conflicts find major powers facing rebel insurgencies that deploy elusive methods, from improvised explosives to terrorist attacks. Small Wars, Big Data presents a transformative understanding of these contemporary confrontations and how they should be fought.

The reader sound like he's doing a 90s action movie trailer. It's so annoying that I only listened for 10 min. Its really annoying when he is reading death tolls from wars and make it sound like it's an advertisement. It's a pity because the book might be really good, and now I'll never know.
