Lytton Strachey was a British author and critic. On top of writing widely read books such as Eminent Victorians and his biography on Queen Victoria, Strachey is also famous for being one of the founding members of the Bloomsbury Group.

Strachey's biography on Queen Victoria was so popular that it earned him the James Tait Black Memorial Prize in 1921. A table of contents is included.
