Undercover FBI agent Josh Stuart has taken an assignment in San Diego, partly because he loves the thrill of working undercover—but mostly to get away from personal issues at home. But the routine assignment quickly turns into much more when he comes face-to-face with the most depraved crime he's ever confronted.
