The primordial beasts hold the keys to supernatural powers, and with Selene and Dier leading the charge, four out of six of them have been defeated. Selene is now in a race against time to find and defeat the final two and absorb the monsters’ memories so she can discover the truth about the guardians’ powers before the others. Still, the nagging thought that the only way out of this scenario is by killing Euclis—the source of all these supernatural abilities—won’t leave her mind. Torn between her feelings for Dier, her fondness for Euclis, and a desire to end these hellish time loops, Selene faces her most difficult decision yet.
